[liberationtech] Governments-citizen and crowdsourcing

Hi,

I am investigating models where the government engage online with citizens
and promote their participation on public affaires. I would recall the US
project (We, the People). I am looking for different projects in different
countries.

Any thoughts or pointers on this?
