[liberationtech] Fwd: [guardian-dev] TextSecure ready for localisation/translation

One of our first contributions to the now open-source TextSecure app is
to help get it localized into all the languages of the world. It was
previously only in English, and needed a bit of massaging to get the
strings out into a proper format.

We've created a project on Transifex, which is a crowd-source tool for
translating, that allows for reviews, updates, edits, and so on. You can
find the web interface to help with the localization process here:

https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/textsecure/resource/core-app-strings/

We also have most of the Guardian Project apps up there as well, if you
are so inclined to contribute:

We've extracted all the strings from TextSecure's code and layout
files, and setup this project on Transifex for getting it translated.

Once the translations are complete here, we will work with Moxie to get
them merged into the master branch.

BTW, if you haven't seen, we have all of our guardian project apps now
on Transifex, so if you want to help with language fixes and additions,
that is the place to do it:

Happy New Year all! Feliz Ano Novo!
