Hi MAP Community,

Our first community
post<http://www.meta-activism.org/2012/01/map-arab-spring/>went so
well, we've decided to do another one. Here's the prompt:

*What bothers you most about the popular discourse on digital activism?*

Where did this prompt come from? Last week the Strategy Group had a
meeting to create a vision for 2012. The biggest priority by far was: more
publicity! higher profile! get our name out there! One key take-away was
the need for offline events. We think the topic above - on popular
misconceptions and misrepresentations of digital activism - might be a
great topic for our first event. We'd like you to help us refine it.
Please send your responses to the list and, like last time, I'll curate
them into a post.

Thanks,
Mary
