Are there someone indexing all censored elements on major information
society search and social network providers?

For example:
- Which are all censored words and/or links on FB/G+ ?
- Which are all/most censored word on Google Search/Bing/Yahoo search?

Something that's clearly understandable by the "masses" that use such
kind of tools could let "the masses" clearly perceive the censorship
situation.

An "awareness tool for the masses" about censorship in their "most known
internet tools" does exists?
