[liberationtech] New microchip for smartphones to provide unprecedented ultra-precise location data

Yes, we have to be very careful! And we have to check and recheck our 
own paradigms for ethics and hope everyone else does the same!

We can't prevent progress, but we can call attention to the ethics of 
using something for good or evil intent or it's ultimate use or misuse 
by government, corporations, etc.

Criminals will do what they do sadly ... but we can try to keep at the 
very least government reined in, non?
