Not that I have seen.
It may be obvious to say, but it is confirmed that CarrierIQ is not part
of the Android open-source project itself (aka
http://source.android.com/), and so any third-party ROMs/firmwares built
upon that do not have it included.
I think one question to dig into is if manufacturers like HTC, Samsung,
Motorola, LG and Huawei are including this software on their unlocked,
non-carrier devices, or is this added in the carrier customizations?
A good test would be to ask CredoMobile (a known/trusted entity) if the
versions of the Sprint/CDMA Android phones they sell contain this
software, or if they were approached by either Sprint or CarrierIQ to
included it, as part of their MVNO deals.
