[liberationtech] FOE - feed over email

Just to remind everyone why we are talking about this:  http://mobileactive.tumblr.com/ (An Open Letter to Congress on Internet Freedom).  This is the same BBG (that built the FOE tool)  that supposedly should be administering Internet Freedom Funds.  Hmhmh. Maybe their technical competence is subject to debate as well - something we do not address in the letter but an issue that would certainly be interesting to look at. My personal experience with their tech team there has been less than stellar last time I tried to work with them in an unnamed repressive country.
