[liberationtech] Yemen activists being selectively target to keep em offline

I assume government is targeting and blocking specific Yemeni activist IP
addresses from connecting online.  I recommended VPN eg Tor, but they can't
access the Tor webpage, not even via other folks who have net access over
there.  Seems to be blocked.  I suggested the gettor email but that doesn't
seem to work either.  Any ideas?
