[liberationtech] Detroit Wireless Mesh

Admittedly, I'm a noob in this arena. But while at SXSWi this year, I heard
a panel by the Detroit Digital Justice coalition. Basically they're building
a mesh to promote free and open communication to bolster the local community
and burgeoning businesses there.

If anyone can build a mesh from nothing, it's these folks. Definitely should
look into them and how to replicate their efforts abroad.
