suggest you go for a team for each of the new districts - both to share the
work and encourage the dialog. The value added by Facebook to that kind of
dialog needs some additional incentives, and politics may be enough in
itself, given the divisions and the urgency of some of that politics. Yet
you may also want to work with both major (and any minor) parties to have
"Lincoln-Douglas" debates online, with skype as well as Facebook....
