[liberationtech] Egyptian government to introduce e-voting system

    You mentioned the democratic Idea building process that could prceed the
final decsion ( voting process)... One can build truly Democratic Social
Concessus "Idea Perkolators", not to mention a word processing environment
were every edit decision is truly democratic...

   I can cover more ground on this if you would like..
