For me, the most interesting part of the whole deal was at the
reception afterwards, where I chatted briefly with FFC Chair Kevin
Martin. He seemed much more attuned to these issues than I thought
he would be.
In any event, the statements by most of the experts who were asked to
speak before the FCC said things very much in keeping with what R.
MacKinnon says.
