Hi Katrin,

It's good to find you working with the use and integration of ICT into human
rights protection and overcoming the crisis moments during disaster. This is
my pleasure to inform you that we, Relief International Bangladesh is also
currently implementing a European Union (EU) funded project titled
"Transparency for Human Rights in Bangladesh". You will be happy to know
that in terms of promoting the human rights incidences, we have developed a
website www.media-human rights.org <http://www.media-humanrights.org>with
SMS based human rights reporting system in which the target groups are being
notified to report the incidence of human rights violation which is also an
effective tools of Advocacy for changing the policy and establish the rule
of law aiming at justice and development.

I would highly appreciate if anyone in the groups suggest how we can make
the optimum use of ICT in protecting human rights issues.
