[IGF-DAIG] CfP Atlantic Dialogues on Technology and Regulation 2026

The “Atlantic Dialogues on Technology and Regulation” are a series of annual events developed in partnership between the Center for Technology and Society at FGV Law School and Católica University of Portugal through the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law. The first edition of the Dialogues was successfully held in Lisbon in April 2025. https://fd.lisboa.ucp.pt/node/26256?change-language=1 The 2026 edition will be held in Rio de Janeiro, at FGV Law School, located on picturesque Botafogo Bay, on 29-30 April 2026.
The goal of the Dialogues is to analyze global technological developments, their impact on regulatory systems across different continents, and the possible synergies between these systems. The second edition will be dedicated to five thematic pillars:

  *   Digital Sovereignty
  *   Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  *   Data Protection
  *   Cybersecurity
  *   Digital Platforms Regulation

Extended abstracts (up to 2,000 words) of paper proposals must be submitted by 15 December 2025 to cts at fgv.br<mailto:cts at fgv.br>
