[Globaleaks-talk] Ticketing system for GlobaLeaks?

Hi all,

i think that it would be useful to have a trouble ticketing system for
GlobaLeaks for our internal and external requests of support.

Shall we add some module/components to Redmine, or shall we use some
hosted/cloud stuff or shall we ask some trusted organizations that
already have/use a trouble ticketing system to "host us" for all
requests we receive at support@ address?

What do you think?
