digital rights community, as it helps us connect professionally and
socially. As a way to build relationships and language skills, we are

*** Body and Data Report ***

Body and Data released a study on "Identities Experiencing the
Internet", which provides a holistic glance to the diverse identities
experiencing the internet and technology in Nepal. Areas covered
include access and usage, autonomy and expression, and experiences of
violence online. It is part of Exploratory Research on Sexuality and
the Internet Project by the Women's Rights Programme of the
Association for Progressive Communications (APC)

*** Voces Confinadas 2.0 by RedesAyuda ***

RedesAyuda have published their annual report, looking at what has
impacted, restricted and weakened journalism work in Venezuela in
2020. Over 167 cases have been documented including direct attacks and

*** APAC DNS Forum 2022 Looks for Regional Conversations Around DNS ***

The APAC DNS Forum seeks to gather their regional community to discuss
the latest developments, opportunities, and challenges in the domain
name marketplace. They also hope that the Forum will serve as a
platform for their community to network, exchange ideas, and explore
collaboration opportunities, as they will gather again in Kuala Lumpur
for ICANN75.  In addition to technical topics, the sessions will also
range from industry trends and business opportunities to broader
topics like the potential impacts of regulatory, policy, and
technological developments on the DNS industry.

Internews is hosting a Pluggable Transport Implementers’ Meeting
(PTIM) October 19-21, 2021. Like last year, the event will be 100%

members of the PT community, Internews aim to provide a space of
