*** IFF Tickets are now Open! ***
We are happy to announce that the IFF ticket request is now open! Please
note that ticket requests will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and as
space becomes available. Once your request has been approved, you will
receive an email with a voucher that you must use to claim your ticket.

*** Shape the Agenda for the Internet Freedom Festival's First-ever
Organizational Security Village! ***

Internews is excited to host the Organizational Security Village at the
Internet Freedom Festival this year. This two-day event (April 23 and
24) will bring together digital security trainers, security auditors,
and other experts and practitioners for lightning talks, interactive
workshops, collaborative discussions, and relevant hands-on labs and
skill-shares.

*** Funding Opp: The Internet Freedom: Advancing and Promoting
Peer-to-Peer Communications Technologies NOFO is Live ***

The DRL Internet Freedom Team has announced that the Internet Freedom:
Advancing and Promoting Peer-to-Peer Communications Technologies NOFO is
live. It can be found on Grants.gov and on SAMS domestic under
opportunity number SFOP0006453. Submissions are due April 10, 2020.

*** Join the GlobaLeaks Team by Helping Them to Translate and Review
Updates of New Release. ***

GlobaLeaks is used by organizations around the globe whose work is
primarily done in languages other than English. To support these users,
GlobaLeaks has been localized into over 30 languages by a community of
dedicated volunteer contributors. To ensure that all of these
organizations are able to use GlobaLeaks 4 effectively and securely,
they need the help of volunteers to translate and review all of the
updates to the new release. Deadline: February 28.

*** Innovation for Change (I4C) is calling for Board Member Nominations
from Bangladesh, India and Nepal ***

Deadline for Nominations is Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
PST I4C is a community-led network inspired by ideas, methods, and
technologies from across different sectors which looks to transform
civil society impact and scale citizen action, and create opportunity
for a new generation of civic action to take shape through
collaboration, leverage, and learning.
