*** Calling All Friends of Ali ***

The "Friends of Ali" campaign was launched to raise funds to cover Ali
Gharavi's running legal costs and mental recovery. Even a small amount

*** Apply to Hivos ROOM Fellowship ***

Hivos has put out a call for fellowship applications for their digital
earth programme. They are seeking artists and designers who would like
to take time to research how technology affects current realities.

*** Internet Freedom Advocates Issue Declaration of Free Internet
Ukraine ***


Ukraine is in the midst of transition and conflict. Under the guise of
national security threats, the Internet in Ukraine is at risk of
becoming more securitized and less democratic. In response, the
Declaration of Free Internet Ukraine has been issued, which lays out 10
clear principles for Internet freedom in the Ukraine.
