A new investigative report explores China's surveillance program targeting Uighurs, a Muslim minority group living in the Xinjiang province.

*** DRL has released three new Internet freedom solicitations ***
The solicitations include:
- Internet Freedom Annual Program Statement (https://www.state.gov/j/drl/p/284025.htm), Similar to last year, there are two deadlines to submit statements of interest - September 14, 2018 and February 8, 2019
- Internet Freedom Core Support for Anti-Censorship Technology (https://www.state.gov/j/drl/p/284036.htm), the deadline is November 9, 2018
- Internet Freedom: Advancing and Promoting Anti-Censorship Transport Libraries (https://www.state.gov/j/drl/p/284037.htm), the deadline is November 9, 2018.
