*** Measuring Pakistani Women's Experiences of Online Violence ***

The Digital Rights Foundation released this study filling in gaps in
existing data on online violence against women in Pakistan. Compiled
from surveys of 1400 women from across Pakistan, the study maps the
different experiences of online violence against women, along with
looking at how women use digital tools. One interesting data point: 67%
use Facebook regularly though they rated it the worst medium in terms of
online harassment. Another: 40% claimed that they have been stalked and
harassed through them.
