[Festival] **Drum Roll: The IFF Schedule has Arrived!!!!**

***Drum roll please:* *We present to you the 2017 Internet Freedom
Festival* *schedule!*******

Thank you for making this dream agenda a reality! The program is the
product of enormous effort by our fabulous cohort of *session*
*presenters*, our 27 intrepid *IFF Fellows*, and many more individuals
who contributed time and energy towards building it.

This year we have *5 Days*, *187 Sessions & Workshops*, across *8
themes*. In addition, we have various meetups, help desks, and social
events that are being added as we speak. In addition, as previous with
IFFs, we will have a self-organized theme, which you can reserve a spot
for once you land in Valencia.

We need all hands on deck to help with festival setup on Sunday, March 5
@ 1:00pm  Come on down to Las Naves, the festival's official venue, to
pitch in, enjoy the sunshine, listen to excellent music and enjoy good
company :)


**** IFF 2017 Opening Ceremony ****

The Opening Ceremony is more of an awesome gathering than an actual
ceremony. Say hello to old and new friends, and kick-off the festival
with great energy. In addition, its a great place to understand how to
get the best out of the festival, and become familiar with the culture
and ethos.


**** Global South Participants Collaborative Gathering ****

As always, IFF will be hosting its annual Global South Participants
Collaborative Gathering. This is a great place for Global South peeps to
share and learn from each other.


**** Racial Equality and Surveillance Gathering ****

For the first time ever, we will be hosting a Racial Equality and
Surveillance Gathering. This is a great place to both share and learn
about how race impacts surveillance, and meet folks that are working on
this intersectionality.


**** Tools & Tech Showcase ****
/Tuesday, March 7/ /@/ /7:30PM/
For the second year in the row, eQualit.ie will be organizing the
AWESOME Tools and Tech Showcase. Many thanks to them for rocking the
kasbah and making our community shine.


**** Networking Meetups ****
/Each Day @ Various Times/
If you are new to the IFF, we have some awesome networking events on
Monday and Tuesday that will allow you meet others working in specific
areas or live in a specific region of the world. If there is a meetup
not listed that you would like to host, please reach out to
