***OONI Publishes Cuba Report***

OONI just published Measuring Internet Censorship in Cuba's ParkNets,
which documents internet censorship on the island. The report is based
on the team’s visit to Cuba last May, where they ran a variety of
network measurement tests with the aim of measuring internet censorship.
Cuba’s internet landscape is quite unique and their findings are well
worth reading.

***Webinar: How We Fight Online Harassment***

***India's Supreme Court Upholds Right to Privacy as a Fundamental Right***

The Supreme Court of India unanimously ruled that the rights to privacy
is a fundamental right. The ruling is the outcome of a petition
challenging the constitutional validity of the Indian biometric identity
scheme Aadhaar.
