open position for a Holistic Security Coordinator to join our Helpline

We are extremely excited about this position, which represents an important
part of our 24/7 Digital Security Helpline <https://www.accessnow.org/help/>
and our ongoing work in providing digital security support across the globe.

In order to strengthen the Helpline’s ability to make referrals to
practitioners and organizations working in the field who would be best
placed to provide support in specific contexts, the Holistic Security
Coordinator will create processes, procedures and related documentation to
build, maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners who provide
psychosocial and physical security support to civil society. The
Coordinator will develop, coordinate and implement practices for the
Helpline Team to enable all its members to perform their work in the most
sustainable and healthy manner, also sharing knowledge and recommendations
on how to deal with particularly distressing or upsetting occurrences.

This role works closely with Helpline Team Members, and reports through the
Helpline’s Deputy Director.

This is a full-time position, is *open globally* and can be remote, with
preference for locations with existing staff.

We are looking for an individual who strives to support at-risk individuals
and groups, and enjoys participating in collaborative efforts and nurturing
trust relationships across our community of practice.
