*The Center for Victims of Torture (CVT) is excited to announce our search
for a Program Evaluator for Capacity Development that will be responsible
for leading evaluation efforts for their assigned projects, including the
design, development, and implementation of program evaluation and learning
initiatives. The Program Evaluator will work on one or more projects that
focus on the capacity development of staff / providers, organizations,
and/or systems that serve survivors of torture, trauma, or human rights
violations; or that defend human rights.  *
