Hi Everyone,

We had an awesome Network-Centric Resources Online Discussion with Allen Gunn (AKA Gunner) on facilitative leadership earlier in the week. We also had a great group of participants that helped drive the discussion with some excellent questions and observations.

My favourite quotes: “help build power to people focused on collective outcomes while subverting power from those people who are taking power for themselves” & "funders need to stop fetishising expertism and start fetishising collectivism.”

We took notes and even made a recording for those of you that missed it. You can find it all here: https://www.fabriders.net/ncrnotesgunnerfacilitativeleadership/ <https://www.fabriders.net/ncrnotesgunnerfacilitativeleadership/>

More soon,

Dirk
