Hi all,
I am Mor Rubinstein, for the next 3 weeks the International Community
Coordinator of Open Knowledge International (and a proper intro soon on the
other thread!).
I wanted to share a user persona delivery Lindsay Ferris did during her
Cadasta <http://cadasta.org/> research fellowship -
http://cadasta.org/open-data/user-personas/. I know this is not resource
for developing persona, but I think it is a good example of personas :-)
Personally, I do interviews and then creating them into user stories. These
allows me to see emerging personas (And we just published today a great
guide about user stories -
https://blog.okfn.org/2017/04/26/oki-agile-how-to-create-and-manage-user-stories/
).
Also Dirk, questions look great!
I hope that helps!
Mor
