[DATAGOV Core] Suggestions for document/discourse analysis

Hi team,

My corpus, at least for now, comprises of policy documents.

And these are the references I am familiar with for qualitative analysis:

Document Analysis as a Qualitative Research Method (Bowen, 2009)
  *
Analysing Discourse: Textual Analysis for Social Research (Fairclough, 2003)

Are there any more fundamental references you would recommend for document/discourse analysis?

Also, would you recommend any software packages for document analysis like NVivo and ATLAS.ti? So far, I have always read, coded and analysed my documents manually, without softwares or LLMs. But I would love learn and familiarise myself with useful tools.
