[DATAGOV Core] claims on budget

Dear all
i am wriitng with a special request.
could you please reply to this email (to me only, not to the list) with the amount and reason of the claims you have made so far on the DATAGOV budget?

While cycling back with Richard Rogers from a PhD defence party last Tuesday, I realized he is the one approving your reimbursement claims, instead of me! This was due to a mistake in mandates that originated (hear hear) from the Grant Office. It has now been corrected BUT I do not have access to old numbers.

As I will then be asked (in 4+ years from now) to review every single expense, line by line “to correct mistakes” (!), I usually run my shadow accounting. Having your total per claim and an one-line description (e.g., “Oslo workshop”) helps me to fill that excel. Do include also the claims on the bench fee.

And please keep the originals in the office and the digital version in your files.
