While cycling back with Richard Rogers from a PhD defence party last Tuesday, I realized he is the one approving your reimbursement claims, instead of me! This was due to a mistake in mandates that originated (hear hear) from the Grant Office. It has now been
corrected BUT I do not have access to old numbers. </div>

As I will then be asked (in 4+ years from now) to review every single expense, line by line “to correct mistakes” (!), I usually run my shadow accounting. Having your total per claim and an one-line description (e.g., “Oslo workshop”) helps me to fill that
excel. Do include also the claims on the bench fee.</div>
