13.15 - 14.30 Kick-off content/story: speakers' bullet point, preparing 
moderation etc, welcome package, schedule (1h15m)

14.30 - 15.45 Living Lab: vision/bulletpoint, Federico's mindmap (1h15m)

BREAK 15.45 - 16.00

16 – 17**Project overview & timeline: a recap of where we're at as a 
project (and where we need to go, when) and as individual researchers; 
connections between projects and processes (1h)

discussion at this moment, so consider it a jolly that we can move to
