Dear all,

Here is the Activity Tracker<https://uva.works.surf.nl/apps/files/files/6856269?dir=/OneDrive&editing=false&openfile=true> with the drop-down options for all of us to fill in (I had to make a new file as the one Stefi shared was view only). It can also be found in our shared OneDrive (OneDrive/DATAGOV —> “DATAGOV_ACTIVITY_TRACKER”).

All the best,
Matteo

Subject: [DATAGOV Core] [TO DO] pre-summer admin: welcome DATAGOV ACTIVITY TRACKER

Dear all
Ahead of the holidays and any before July 31st, please make sure you do the following:
[ACTION POINTS]

  1.
Fill your time sheets (everyone is very good at this, thanks). Write your holidays under “leave"
  2.
Submit your reimbursements, if any. Send them to me as well. In case of doubts, reach out.
  3.
Spend some time to populate this (new) file<https://uva.works.surf.nl/s/FjHED2YSJ6DZYK3>, named DATAGOV ACTIVITY TRACKER [1], with all the project-relevant activities for the academic year 2025/2026. For reporting purposes, it is important to keep track of everyone’s activities, although it is admittedly very boring. Note that this is a new file which I have created with ERC reporting in mind (more sheets will be added as we progress in the project). Bookmark the link because we will set up a reminder to get a monthly alert so that it does not become an impossible exercise. My apologies this come so late, but we had to wait for NextCloud and then for me…

[CRY FOR HELP] I need some help since we don’t have a SA yet, so everyone has to do part of the admin work as well.
We need to create dropdown menus in the spreadsheet for the following items: 1) team member, 2) work package, 3) status (for publications: in preparation/submitted/under review/accepted/published), 4) audience (academic, policy, civil society, industry, public). Any taker? Thanks in advance.

Million thanks for your patience with this exercise, but it will save our ass further down the line.
~st.
