Hey Steffi,

Totally ok to help selecting candidates. I’m quite used to it after several years at CPDP.

I attach the doc with a few track changes. In particular, I think the “part of doing research” was a bit too strong, and the project management part not strong enough. Expectation management: we need someone that is ok with doing the “boring” project management stuff, which we really need. Disregard if not good!

AFAIK is a good text. I prefer personally when tools are not highlighted
too much so I prefere first version of bullet point.
