[DATAGOV Core] DATAGOV Kickoff Event Detailed Timeline

Dear team,

I thought we could benefit from a detailed timeline (minute-by-minute breakdown) of the two days detailing who will be doing what at what time.
As the timekeeper, it’ll help me make sure we’re on time during the event.
But also, please bear with me and my type-A perfectionist tendencies haha.


It also has the role list we decided on yesterday. If there’s anything missing, please let me know.
*Day 1 and Day 2 are on different tabs (visible at the bottom of the excel sheet).

What I wanted to know:

  1.
Will the speakers have slides (mostly on Day 2)? If yes, we should let them know the deadline to submit slides (and also the format)
  2.
Do we know when lunch will be delivered? I know @Carina Nasser<mailto:c.romanachnasser2 at uva.nl> and @Mattéo Bard<mailto:m.bard at uva.nl> are in charge of catering but if they are on stage, we should have someone else take over on the day.
