Hey Folks,

I want to quickly say WELCOME To the team from Chile (south america).
They had their first C&C yesterday.

I htink i already introduced Carlos Guerra, but just in case, he is one
of the first folks from Latin America that became heavily involved with
the IFF community. I credit him, and a few others, for helping create
such a welcoming space that empowers Latino and other Global South
voices. He has a golden heart and a amazing skills (he was a Mozilla
Open Web Fellow, has done censorship analysis, etc etc.)

Constanza Figueroa is a creative soul, and super reflective of the
amazing feminism movement based in Latin America. She was a 2018 IFF
fellow, and is the person you want to speak to if you need something
designed beautifully and with soul.

Constanza, maybe you can help us design a logo for the CC?? No pressure!
