[Bigdatasur] Colombian campaign and Crews dataviz for copyright

Dear all.

This week we finish our campaign from #BibliotecariosAlSenado
(Librarians to the Senate) asking to the Colombian representatives for
actions to support a treaty for libraries, archives and museums on copyright. More than 1.100 Colombian
librarians signed it:
