[Bigbang-dev] Change regular meeting to monthly?

I think the issue is that we haven't managed them properly (sending agendas, notes, etc) - which is largely my fault because I have been traveling.

Soon we will also have the RASP mailinglist + meetings, which should facilitate this as well.

Maybe we can talk about all this coming Friday?
