[Bigbang-dev] Change regular meeting to monthly?

Hello,

I've noticed that attendance has been quite low for the last few of our
biweekly BigBang calls.

I think it would make sense to schedule these meetings more infrequently
from now on. A monthly call would be just fine!

I believe Nick Doty manages the calendar event.
