The current suggestion of meeting between ** 17:00 - 18:00 CET once a month on Tuesdays ** works for me :)

After initial consultation it seems that the preliminary optimal way to go forward seems to be:

We really value diversity in our community, therefore we especially would like to hear from people in Asia whether they are night-owls, of whether this would actually practically prevent them from participating.
