After initial consultation it seems that the preliminary optimal way to go forward seems to be:<br>

However, we haven't heard from all community members, so please let us know whether this works for you!<br>

We really value diversity in our community, therefore we especially would like to hear from people in Asia whether they are night-owls, of whether this would actually practically prevent them from participating.<br>
