Sounds good to me, I would be willing to serve in that capacity.

Maybe we should change the bigbang-owners list to be called bigbang-ombuds, and can note the current members of the ombudsteam somewhere so that people know who they're contacting and have the option to contact one of the individuals separately if they wish.
