I think that's a great idea, Niels.
Unfortunately, we don't yet have the technology to efficiently keep track
of that kind of activity. But there is an open ticket for it. I've linked
to this thread on that ticket.

I think it would be cool if we had scripts included in BigBang that made
the necessary calculations for the governance process. But I propose that
we table all these issues until after the 0.2 release.
