Hi Vesna,

Always happy to hear from you. I only wish I had your energy to write more.

As a Proton Visionary, I have been involved in provisioning VPN for journalists regardless of borders, and can happily present in detail on secure communications, with a bit on how to dismiss disinformation/censorship (they are just different sorts of attacks, from a well-rounded perspective).

I'd be happy to travel to do this pro bono plus expenses, limits to be negotiated.  As I am between jobs, I can't afford to travel on my own dime at the moment, even if I would.
