[17-meetings] Urgent requests for workshops (TMR) (Tactical Media Room)

	(i'm sorry if I am mailing too much :( i'm in my hyper phase ;-)

At the last TMR meetup, it was clear that there is lots of demand for 
*knowledge* / education / workshops, on the following topics (& more!) :

- How to teach journalists to safely use satellite internet ?
- General secure (cyber!) communications tips / workshop?
- Combating dis-information HOWTO
- Circumventing censorship HOWTO

These could be done in person, or online;
near the border with Ukraine, or "here".

Do you want to offer one of these? When / where?
	How much do you need as compensation / fee?
Do you know someone else who can teach these?
Do you want to help organise these?
Or help get funding, for others to teach it?
Do you prefer to do it under your own "brand"?? (and not TMR..)

Or, do you know pre-recorded webinars, or self-paced learning modules 
that you can recommend??
