[Tor2web-talk] New tor2web Gateway online !

Hello Dears,

I'm happy to announce that i put a new tor 2 web gateway online.
I didnt use the to2web packages from github cause many things are outdated.
I run it in a simple efficient (i think) way:

- nginx
- privoxy
- tor
- letsencrypt

With an nginx and privoxy conf found on the [Aaron Swartz](https://github.com/aaronsw/tor2web/tree/master/conf) repo and modified.
