[Tor2web-talk] Verbiage for tor2web mailing list announcement

Hi all,

We used to run one of the tor2web.org servers from around 2010 to 2016.

Today we're pleased to announce a complete refresh of our tor2web
services.  This new service is hosted at tor2web.io and features
redundant servers, network diversity and improved monitoring.

Please feel free to kick the tires on it and let us know what you think.
