[Tor2web-talk] LEOs crawling tor2web?

I should clarify, the IWF is a quasi-government body, who are very very
close to the CEOP, which is a branch of the NCA. The three agencies are
pretty much the same people with a different uniform for a different
day. Why they would deny it I don't know, but the IWF is the one with
the biggest child porn hash library which it is already known about they
and the NCA share with other government departments.
