[Tor2web-talk] Proposal: remove tor2web branding from default templates

I've noticed that the tor2web list gets a lot of abuse complaints from
onion.to .  I presume the reason we get thought is because they see a
Tor2web logo + text and it's unclear to the complainer that it's merely an
install of tor2web, not tor2web itself.

Ergo I propose reducing the branding so the tor2web list gets less abuse
contacts for the wrong domains.
