I'm currently in contact with the spamhaus guys, asking them for some
semi-automated reporting of onion/t2w-urls that feature malware
content. those could be checked and case-by-case approved/blocked.

what would be a reasonable workflow here, that enables swift handling
and prevents filtering overreach?

in the end, we just need to make the effort of abusing tor2web more
"expensive" for malicious users so they migrate to other means of
conducting their "business".
