[Tor2web-talk] Proposal for a new Tor2web disclaimer page

Greetings,

we've prepared a proposal for a new disclaimer page to be put in
Tor2web, rich of information that would better enable/facilitate someone
willing to claim an abuse to "understand what's going on":

Any feedback about that?

Anyone willing to implement / style it in a nice looking / appealing /
graphical way? :-)

Tor2web also need a lot of care in the content, structure and design of
all the error,blocking, abuse pages!
