Hey folks, new TA3M organizer Michelle mentioned this:

Tomorrow, 11am
Net Neutrality may not seem to directly bear on privacy per se, but it
definitely impacts freedom, the digital divide and the power
monopolistic/duopolistic ISPs can exert over us.
Personally, I'm also a big fan of muni broadband (ie: treat the internet
like the utility it is - hopefully Seattle can do a less bad job than
they've done with SCL!), not just for Seattle but for many (most? all?)
cities in the state (I understand coops may work better for rural
settings). This Town Hall might be a good opportunity to ask pointed
questions about state-level support for muni broadband. Muni broadband
does NOT solve the issues of global (or US-wide) net neutrality, but can
help with net neutrality, privacy, competition, digital divide and balance
of power.
